Building Brighter Futures: Funding Training and Leadership for Vulnerable Women in Guatemala

At TK Collective, we stand firmly on the belief that a person's gender should never limit their dreams, or opportunities. We envision a world where every woman has the chance to unlock her full potential, regardless of the circumstances she was born into.

Our "Building Brighter Futures" campaign is a reflection of that belief. It's a call to action, an invitation to join us in creating a future where vulnerable women can rise above challenges, learn valuable skills, and step into leadership roles that transform their lives and communities.

Our goal of 16k dollars by years end, will go directly to completing the workshop here in Guatemala and FULLY funding the first 6 months of skills and leadership training for up to 8 vulnerable women. 

Equipping the Workshop:

One of the central pillars of this campaign is to finish equipping La Buena Onda, our workshop and community cafe. This is where transformation begins. With your support, we'll be able to provide the tools, materials, and resources necessary for women to learn, create, and thrive.

Educating 8 Women:

But that's not all. Your contributions will also fund 6 months of training and education for 8 incredible women. Through your generosity, they'll receive training that goes beyond the basics. It's education that opens doors, fosters economic independence, and empowers them to break cycles of poverty and oppression.

Our promise to you is that every penny you give to this campaign, will go directly towards our mission. We know that many organizations say this, and it is not always true, but for us, it is. We have calculated down to the penny what it is going to take to get this first cohort off the ground and you can view our BUDGET HERE. You will see, it doesn't include salaries, or administrative overhead other than for the locals we will hire to provide childcare and daily meals for our students.
