How To Care For Your Product
Caring for your product

Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations and slight imperfections are to be expected. This is what we love about our products and we believe it is what makes them unique and special, just like you. In order to maximize the benefit and longevity of these qualities you must take great care in handling them.
Textiles:
Tips for caring for your raw textiles:
* Every time a textile is washed, it suffers a degree of loss as broken or loose fibers are washed away. Raw textiles should never be placed in any type of tumble machine and in order to preserve them you should minimize the need for cleaning.
* If cleaning is a must, machine wash in a gentle cycle and then hang to dry.
* Loose threads are common but very harmless. in actuality, they add charm and character to your handmade piece. DO NOT PULL on a loose thread. Instead, if bothersome, use a pair of scissors to cut the thread off.
Leather
Tips for caring for your leather:
* Handle leather with cleans hands
*Apply a cleaner especially made for leather. This soft soap is applied in a circular motion and wiped off with a slightly damp cloth so as not to clog the pores of the leather. Applying once or twice a year should keep the leather clean.
*Remove stains as soon as soon as you notice them.
*Stains from food and blood can often be removed with "chalk powder". Crush white chalk dust on stain and allow to sit overnight.
