We value the eclectic and true to life nature of our global products. Just as God created each one of us with a unique and individual personality TK Collective takes pride in being able to offer you products that reflect the same level of creative craftsmanship. 
 To that end, quirks and flaws are not only to be expected, but they are to be celebrated and embraced.
Shipping Policies
*Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your order.
* We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays. As such, we do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. 
*We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. We cannot replace items once a tracking number has been issued and if you provide us with the wrong mailing address we are not liable to replace your order. 
*sales tax will be automatically applied when shipping to required states. 
*We are currently only shipping to the U.S. but we hope to expand our reach to include international shipping very soon, so stay tuned!

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. DUE TO THE UNIQUE AND INDIVIDUAL NATURE OF EACH PIECE IN OUR GLOBAL COLLECTION WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 
Return Policies
* TK collective values the eclectic and true to life nature of our products. This means that the item you receive is handmade and crafted uniquely.  No two items are the same and variations and imperfections are to be celebrated. 
*If your product is defective upon arrival, or breaks of normal wear and tear within 14 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund, or exchange the item, unused and in its original packaging, for a product of similar value. Please keep in mind however, that because no two items are the same the style you ordered may no longer be in stock. 
*Please email talithakoum@yahoo.com for refund and exchanges. 
*There is a %10 restocking fee for refunds, or exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the postage incurred for the refund, or exchange.
